Terms & Conditions

Scope of Services: Global Wealth Group provides app development services to clients. The scope of services will be agreed upon in writing in a development contract. Any additional services requested by the client outside of the scope of the development contract will be subject to additional fees.

Fees and Payment: The fees for app development services will be agreed upon in writing in a development contract. A deposit may be required before work begins. The remainder of the fees will be due upon completion of the app. Global Wealth Group reserves the right to suspend work if payment is not received in a timely manner.

Intellectual Property: The intellectual property rights to the app will be owned by the client upon payment in full of all fees. The client may use the app for any lawful purpose, subject to any third-party intellectual property rights.

Confidentiality: Global Wealth Group will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details.

Termination: The development contract may be terminated by either party upon written notice. In the event of termination, Global Wealth Group will refund any unearned fees to the client.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the state of United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the United Kingdom.
